Evaluation:

Introduction The Plan was followed through. Student kept a complete weather chart Student kept half a weather chart No chart was kept.  
Task It was evident you worked hard. You need to follow better directions You had a difficult time staying on task. You showed very little effort.  
Process-Neatness You took your time and did a great job You tried to remember your to enter the weather. You had a lot of missing temperatures. You did not put any temperatures.

Conclusion:
Upon completion of this Scavenger Hunt, students will be more knowledgeable about many of the aspects of weather.  Students will also be able to read a thermometer.
